The roads are generally quiet and reasonably flat so it is great countryside for cycling. Cycles can be hired and again the tourist information offices will give you details. In the past we have brought our own bicycles and not hired so we have no particular knowledge but cycles can be reasonably hired in Broons or Merdrignac.
There are waymarked mountain bike tracks especially around Jugon full details from the tourist information offices and the booklet at the house.
The Tour de France went through the village last year to the great excitement of one and all. Your own cycles can be stored safely in the garage.
