| Four spacious bedrooms allow up to 9 guests to be comfortably
accommodated plus a cot and high chair. We also offer special rates
for single couple occupancy outside July and August.There are some
fine views from the house with a safe and large garden for the
children to play in together with barbecue and ample garden
furniture with an electrically operated canopy for shade when eating
out on the terrace. To help everyone to relax there is a games room featuring a snooker/pool table that can be easily adapted for table tennis plus darts in the garage. For the less energetic there is a wide selection of books, games, videos, CD's, television/video player and CD/cassette/radio player allowing you to enjoy yourselves together or separately. |

There is a newly equipped kitchen to save you time, while
still allowing you to prepare culinary delights, including cooker,
fridge freezer, dish washer, micro-wave and washing machine.
The house benefits from double glazing, dual fuel central heating and shutters to all windows to make a break out of season more enjoyable. There are traditional tiled floors downstairs and wooden floors up-stairs and two lavatories, shower room and bathroom. |

are lawned gardens to front and rear with badminton and a small
orchard producing our own cider in season and ample parking space in
the grounds. Bed linen can be provided at extra cost while a
generous allowance in respect of electricity/oil is included in the
rental.
